Refund & Exchange Policy

At Cunningham Creations, LLC, every order is custom-made and printed with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict refund and exchange policy to protect both our customers and our business. Please review the following guidelines carefully before placing your order:

1. Custom Design Approval

  • Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all digital mockups, proofs, and order details (including garment style, color, size, and logo placement) before production begins.

  • Once a design is approved by the customer, Cunningham Creations, LLC is not responsible for errors in spelling, color choice, sizing, or layout. No refunds or reprints will be issued for mistakes that were approved in the design proof.

2. Condition of Items

  • Refunds or exchanges are only offered on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Any apparel that has been washed, worn, or altered in any way is not eligible for refund or exchange. This includes shrinkage, fading, or damage that occurs after the first wash or wear.

3. Incorrect or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved proof, you must notify Cunningham Creations, LLC within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Eligible claims may be resolved by replacement of the item(s), store credit, or refund at our discretion.

  • To process a claim, customers may be required to provide clear photos of the issue or return the defective product.

4. Sizing & Fit

  • We provide size charts and product descriptions to help you choose the correct size. Because each garment is made to order, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size selection by the customer.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not already begun. Once printing or embroidery has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Final Sale Items

  • Clearance items, discounted products, or items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

7. Timeframe for Requests

  • All requests for refunds, exchanges, or replacements must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be honored.
